At what age did you start paddling and how did you become involved in the sport?

I started kayak at the age of 13 by encourage from my father, I getting involved in the kayak when I was rowing player in 2007 I training kayak for fun in tha first kayak in this time was a new sport not puplish then I became just kayak player in 2011.

Where and when was your first competition, and how did you do?

My first local championship was in Cairo, Egypt and I was 2nd. My first international championship was in Alexandria, Egypt and I was 3rd.

What has inspired you to train and compete at an International level?

I was always inspired by my father, after 2nd arab championship i was 2nd I inspired to train to be first .

What is your preference - individual or team boats, and why?

I prefer individual boat, because I like to feel my own power and speed in water. I think k4 is good but I don't try it.

What race distance do you prefer, and why?

I prefer 500m because that's the distance that I feel like and I love because this distance is medium between 1000m and 200m.

What has been your biggest accomplishment(s) in the sport?

2nd arab championship 2010 I was 2nd in K1-500m vital , 3rd arab championship 2012 I was first in k1-200m and k1-500m first youth africa championchip tunise in K1-1000m in 2010 I was 5th.

What is the best advice you have been given and who offered it to you?

"Love Training...Benefit More" My father.

Tell us about your current training schedule. Describe an average day for you.

Every day in the morning I go to training but sometimes I have 2nd train afternoon too, my training style is go to the water or have a gym and rowing ergometer or running.

What do you do for fun and relaxation?

I like skating, bowling, listen to music, reading, surfing the internet and I like to be with my friends.

Next summer, the Junior and Under 23 World Championships are in Canada, what did you think when you first heard the announcement? Have you been to Canada before?

I was happy , because I love canada and I think Canda is a good place to kayak there, I haven't been to Canada before yet .

What would you like to do after your Canoe/Kayak career is over?

I would like to be coach like my father.

What is your favourite thing about the sport of Canoe/Kayak? Do you have any special memory that you would like to share?

I like to feel speed of my boat under me and I like joy of winning.

What is your goal for the 2013 season?

I want to go to Canada and win gold medal in World Championship.

What is your dream goal?

My dream goal win an Olympic Gold Medal.
